We’re working with a commercial interiors and design & build business based in Central London that is looking to hire an experienced Operations Coordinator to support its growing team.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience working within commercial interiors, fit-out, workplace design, construction, or other project-led environments and who enjoys coordinating multiple operational and project-related activities within a fast-paced business.

The position offers broad exposure across operations, project support, supplier coordination, logistics, and team support within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.

• Supporting the day-to-day coordination of operational activities across multiple projects
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external partners
• Supporting scheduling, logistics, and delivery coordination
• Assisting with procurement and order management
• Coordinating documentation, reporting, and project administration
• Supporting operational and project teams across the wider business
• Helping ensure projects and operational processes run efficiently
• Assisting with problem-solving and day-to-day coordination across teams

• Have previous experience within commercial interiors, fit-out, workplace, architecture, construction, furniture, or other project-led sectors
• Have worked within an Operations Coordinator, Project Support, Project Coordinator, or similar operational support role
• Are highly organised and proactive
• Have strong communication and coordination skills
• Are confident managing multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
• Enjoy working closely with operational and project teams
