Ideal Candidate

  • CeMAP, Cert CII (MP), or equivalent mortgage advice qualification (essential).
  • 12 months + experience in mortgage and protection advice.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for business growth and client service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Ambitious and coachable, eager to learn and apply new business development strategies.
