An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and long-established Wiltshire practice currently undergoing a sustained period of growth across multiple departments.

The firm has developed a particularly strong reputation regionally for the quality of its Commercial Property offering, combining the sophistication and technical capability often associated with larger city practices alongside a markedly more balanced and collegiate working environment.

This position has arisen as part of the firm’s wider strategic expansion.The practice continues to grow steadily year-on-year, typically adding a significant number of new hires across the business annually, with the Commercial Property team remaining consistently busy throughout.

The Role:

The successful individual will undertake a broad mix of Commercial
Property matters, including:
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Development matters
  • Wider commercial property transactions for both business and private clients
