Not trained or certified? Not to worry - The BTR Hub can offer training to get you certified to be a NEPTS driver, with skills that are transferrable to other professions. Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Drivers: If you’ve worked as a professional driver (e.g. taxi, delivery, or bus driving), your skills are highly transferable to this role. However, it’s crucial to understand that this is not just a driving job - it’s a care position with a strong focus on safeguarding and supporting patients.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence: Must have held your license for at least 3 years, with no more than 3 DVLA points.
• Caring Attitude: A genuine desire to care for others is essential. This role involves supporting patients who may be vulnerable, so empathy and patience are key.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable during their journey.
• Physical Fitness: Assisting patients requires reasonable physical well-being.
