Legal Receptionist

We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our team in a dynamic professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal reception role, with a strong understanding of legal jargon and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Answering and directing calls in a professional manner.
• Arranging appointments and managing schedules.
• Sorting, scanning, and assigning mail to the appropriate departments.
• Utilising the case management system to track and manage client information.
• Performing ad hoc office administrative roles as required.
• Ensuring all reception duties are conducted with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Legal Receptionist or in a similar role within a legal environment.
• Strong understanding of legal jargon and terminology.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.
