Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, based in Maidstone. This Customer Service Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role:

• Managing end-to-end customer enquiries within a logistics and distribution environment
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal operations teams
• Coordinating order progress, delivery schedules, and service updates
• Maintaining accurate customer records, service logs, and shipment information
• Supporting the wider customer service team with reporting, issue resolution, and service improvements
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times, particularly when handling time-critical or sensitive queries

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within logistics or supply chain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing with customers by phone and email
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or order-management systems
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Salary & Working Pattern:

• £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Fully office-based
