JHE & Partners are excited to be working exclusively with a company in Leeds as they look to recruit a Management Accountant.

Reporting to a brilliant FD, the successful candidate will have full responsibility to produce the Management Accounts pack for this £8million turnover company. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Production of monthly management accounts pack for FD review
• Preparation of monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis and variance analysis against budgets
• Accruals and prepayments
• Maintenance of the fixed asset register
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Posting journals
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting
• Production of insightful reporting including profitability analysis
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT returns
• Liaising with external audit teams
• Working closely with the FD and wider finance team on a variety of ad hoc projects

Applicants will ideally be part qualified CIMA or ACCA, have excellent communication skills and advanced IT skills, specifically with Excel.
