Are you a passionate and committed Learning Support Assistant eager to make a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic LSA's to join vibrant and supportive primary schools in Crosby & surrounding areas who have a strong background working with SEN students.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support for Pupils

• Assist individual pupils or small groups to understand and complete learning activities.
• Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.
• Help pupils develop social skills, independence, and confidence.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help manage challenging behaviour following school policies.
• Support pupils with personal care, if required.

Support for the Teacher

• Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
• Assist with the assessment and recording of pupils' progress.
• Provide feedback to the teacher on pupils' achievements or difficulties.
• Help manage classroom routines and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Supervise pupils during lessons, transitions, or break times when required.
