The Role

As a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with travel-related queries across phone, email, and live chat.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels
  • Resolving queries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
  • Keeping up to date with company updates and promotions
  • Working collaboratively with your team
What you’ll need
  • Fluent French and English (essential)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A positive, proactive attitude
