We’re currently recruiting for a friendly and organised Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in a varied role that offers a great mix of administration, accounts support, and client interaction.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and is happy getting involved across different areas of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating client account information

• General administration including filing, scanning, and document management

• Supporting with compliance records and insurance portfolios

• Assisting with basic accounts duties and invoice processing

• Speaking with clients and utility companies via phone and email

• Organising meter readings and keeping contracts up to date

• Credit control and liaising with tenants regarding rent and utilities

• Supporting other team members when required

The business is looking for someone with:

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Experience within administration and/or accounts support

• A proactive and flexible approach to work

• Confident phone and email communication skills

The role is very varied, and no two days are the same, so it’s important that you enjoy multitasking and working as part of a small, collaborative team.
