Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search

Salary: £23K basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £35K Year 1 | £60K Year 2 | £90K+ Year 3

What you’ll be doing:

• Market mapping and business research
• Headhunting senior candidates across the UK, Europe, US & APAC
• Supporting Consultants on retained search projects
• Gaining exposure to high-level recruitment strategy
• Progressing fast with real responsibility from day one
