The Opportunity

We’re working with a well-established and busy dealership in Eastleigh looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing aftersales team, offering strong earning potential and a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles
• Manage service and repair bookings efficiently
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Upsell additional work and services where appropriate
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle invoicing, job cards, and customer queries
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Upselling experience and target-driven mindset
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence preferred
