Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a client based in West Byfleet who are looking for a reliable and organised Contracts Administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone who is proactive, picks things up quickly, and is confident supporting customers in a busy office environment.

Duties:

  • Keeping customer records up to date on the CRM system
  • Managing maintenance records and handling contract renewals from start to finish
  • Scheduling and tracking routine services and maintenance visits
  • Booking and confirming appointments with customers
  • Keeping filing systems (both digital and paper) organised
  • Putting together reports on contracts, renewals, and service schedules
  • Helping out with general admin tasks when needed

To be successful you’ll possess

  • Systems savvy - including experience with CRM systems and Excel
  • Previous admin or office experience
  • Someone who communicates well and can stay organised in a fast-paced setting
  • GCSEs C and above in Maths and English
  • Able to juggle tasks and work to deadlines
