Residential Conveyancer - Leamington Spa

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices in Leamington Spa and Coventry. Its Leamington Spa office is home to a close-knit and supportive team, including a busy and experienced Conveyancing department.

Due to continued growth and increased workload, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team.

The Role

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Progressing matters efficiently from instruction to completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintaining compliance and delivering excellent client service
• Working collaboratively within a supportive and friendly team environment

About You

• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification or equivalent conveyancing experience
• The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A positive, team-oriented approach
