What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students in class, both one-to-one and in small groups
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Working closely with teachers to bring lessons to life
• Encouraging independence, resilience, and self-belief in every student

What we're looking for:

• A warm, enthusiastic personality (bonus points for a great smile!)
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• Experience in education or SEN is lovely-but not essential
