Learning and Development Specialist

Healix

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our global People team at Healix. This is a key role supporting our Operations Assistance function, where you will design, deliver and embed high-quality learning solutions that drive performance and support our strategic objectives.

You’ll work closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to create innovative learning programmes, shape onboarding experiences and contribute to the development of a best-in-class Operations Academy.


About You
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, training or organisational development within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong instructional design capability and experience creating engaging learning content
  • Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • CIPD or other L&D qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working within operations, assistance or service-led environments

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Operations teams to design and deliver impactful onboarding programmes and ongoing learning interventions
  • Developing engaging, blended learning solutions (including e-learning, virtual delivery and face-to-face training)
  • Supporting the creation and rollout of a global Operations Academy for non-clinical staff
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to build course content, assessments and knowledge-sharing frameworks
  • Driving continuous improvement through feedback, evaluation and analytics
  • Supporting career development pathways, succession planning and internal progression initiatives
  • Engaging with external training providers to ensure quality and consistency
  • Working cross-functionally with teams including Medical, IT, Sales & Marketing and Projects

Required Criteria

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, training or instructional design
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desired Criteria

  • CIPD or equivalent L&D qualification
  • Experience designing blended learning solutions (e-learning, virtual and face-to-face)
  • Experience working within an operational or service-led environment
