Junior Business Development Executive - Property

You'll be joining a busy lettings and property management division where no two days look the same. It's a hands-on role where you'll learn fast, support a high-performing team, and play an important part in helping landlords get the best results for their properties - perfect for someone ambitious, organised, and ready to build a long-term career in business development and the wider property industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with multiple teams - supporting lettings, property management and business development to ensure landlords have a smooth, stress-free experience
• Helping with valuations - assisting with market appraisals and learning how to recommend the right rental price
• Admin & organisation - supporting the Business Development team with day-to-day tasks
• Landlord communication - being the main contact during void periods, sharing market updates and helping properties get let quickly at the best price

What We're Looking For:

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Strong customer service and organisation
• Clear, professional communication skills
• A positive, proactive person with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• This role suits someone with experience in sales, lettings, customer service, or business development - or anyone commercially minded who wants to break into property.
