Dealberry is a fast-growing UK-based eCommerce business established in 2015, specialising in home goods and toys. With a strong presence on Amazon and other online platforms, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking to build a high-performing team to scale with us.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon channel. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands the Amazon ecosystem end-to-end—from listing optimisation through to PPC strategy—and is confident working autonomously.
The Ecommerce Marketplace Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and shaping the future of our Amazon function.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
- Manage day-to-day performance of the Amazon Seller/Vendor account
- Monitor account health, compliance, and key performance metrics
Listing Optimisation
- Create and optimise high-converting product listings
- Write keyword-optimised titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content
- Improve product imagery to maximise conversion rates
PPC & Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (budget ~£20,000/month)
- Analyse performance to improve ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS
- Scale profitable campaigns and identify new opportunities
Data & Performance Analysis
- Track performance using analytics tools
- Report on KPIs including sales, conversion rates, and ad performance
- Use insights to drive continuous improvement
Growth & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for product and market expansion
- Stay up to date with Amazon trends and algorithm updates
- Contribute to long-term strategy, including future team development
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon marketplaces (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimisation, and conversion strategies
- Hands-on experience managing PPC budgets of £10,000+ per month
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp (or similar)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/data analysis)
- Self-starter with the ability to take full ownership
- Excellent written English for product listings and copy
Desirable Skills
- Experience in home goods, toys, or consumer products
- Experience launching new products on Amazon
- Familiarity with international marketplaces
- Background in a scale-up or high-growth environment
