What you’ll be doing:

• Handling customer queries with confidence and care
• Providing solutions and delivering top-notch service
• Working in a lively contact centre with a supportive team
• Shifts between 7:45am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) and occasional Saturdays (1 in 8)

• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience in customer service is ideal, but not essential – full training provided!
