Description

As Personal Assistant, you will:

• Manage and organise schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives in the Legal team.
• Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support the planning of events and conferences.
• Monitor and manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Maintain and update records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

• Proven experience in a similar support role, ideally for General Counsel or Legal in Property or Construction.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Job Offer
