Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Location: Poole (Hybrid options considered)

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

A highly regarded manufacturing business based in Poole is looking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in delivering financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models
• Provide insightful analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business

About You:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in an FP&A, commercial finance or analytical finance role
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience using Workday Adaptive Planning is highly desirable
• Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
