Experience in sales or operations within travel, or a similar fast-paced industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, clients and internal teams
Proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellent client service
Nice to haves
Experience coordinating group travel or tour logistics
Good knowledge of European geography and travel planning
Financial confidence including budgeting, invoicing and supplier negotiation
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
So, what will you be doing?
Managing European group tour projects from start to finish
Booking and coordinating hotels, transport, guides and excursions
Creating detailed schedules, timelines and client itineraries
Communicating with suppliers, clients and global sales teams
Managing budgets, raising invoices and tracking project costs
Ensuring all elements of tours are delivered smoothly and efficiently
