FJA are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Supervisor to join their team based on the outskirts of Heywood. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting staff and daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have excellent time management skills. You must be a motivated team player, have a positive attitude and lead by example.

Working 5 days over 7 - you must be available to work alternate weekend shifts (days off given in lieu)

Warehouse Supervisor role:

• Supervising and supporting warehouse staff
• Processing inbound deliveries efficiently
• Ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations across all functions
• Working across multiple warehouse areas as required
• Supporting colleagues in achieving daily targets and performance standards
• Using computer systems confidently (training provided)
• Maintaining strong knowledge of internal processes and procedures

Warehouse Supervisor requirements:

• Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Motivated team player with a proactive approach
• Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
