We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Head of Drama to lead a vibrant and expressive department in a welcoming secondary school in Slough.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Drama department and develop an engaging, inclusive curriculum
• Inspire students through imaginative teaching and outstanding productions
• Organise performances, shows, and extracurricular opportunities
• Raise achievement and participation across all key stages
