The Role
Due to continued growth and demand in the USA,  they are now looking for 1 Senior Project Manager and 1 Project Manager to join their growing events team. This role covers every element of Event Management, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on site.

This is a broad role where the Senior and Project Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including; 

•          Developing new and existing client relationships

•          Taking a full brief and understanding the clients’ requirements

•          Pitching and presenting to clients

•          Planning, organising and managing resources accordingly

•          Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers, including DMC’s, venues, etc.

•          Overseeing delegate registration and logistics

•          Taking full responsibility for the budget

•          Managing the onsite delivery of events

•          Leading and motivating junior members of the team

The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Senior / Project Manager from within a corporate event agency delivering international conferences and experiences.  Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation! You must be based in the USA and able to commute to Austin, Texas.
