Location: Banbury
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £28,000 (rising to £31,600 after probation)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (No weekends!)

The Automotive Assembler Opportunity

Join a specialist team known for crafting high-end campervans and motorhomes. As an Automotive Assembler, you’ll play a key role in transforming vehicles into bespoke luxury travel experiences—combining precision engineering with premium finishes.

This is hands-on, rewarding work where no two builds are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing interior units, fixtures, and fittings
• Supporting electrical and basic gas installations
• Testing electrical systems, appliances, and components
• Fitting upgrades such as solar panels, lighting, and wiring systems
• Inspecting and finishing interiors to high-quality standards
• Carrying out adjustments, repairs, and final detailing
• Conducting gas system testing for safety and performance
• Completing final vehicle inspections

• Electrical installation
• Automotive fitting or vehicle conversion
• Wiring systems & interior assembly
• Quality inspection & finishing
• Gas system testing (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail
