The Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join us on a freelance basis. This is a full-cycle role — you'll take prospects from first contact all the way through to close, working across phone, email, and LinkedIn. You'll be given everything you need to hit the ground running: qualified leads, a Dialpad account, HubSpot CRM access, and a company email. What we need from you is the hunger, the skill, and the work ethic to convert.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients via cold call, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying leads and identifying the right decision-makers
• Running discovery calls and presenting our services with confidence
• Managing your pipeline end-to-end in HubSpot
• Closing deals and handing off to the delivery team
• Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue targets

Commission Structure

• Base retainer of £25,200 per annum
• 15% commission on the first payment of every deal you close
• Threshold-based escalation — the higher the deal value, the higher your commission rate climbs
• Strong performers are realistically earning £4,000–£8,000 per month all-in

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience — agency, SaaS, or professional services background preferred
• Comfortable running the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to close
• Confident on the phone — objection handling is second nature to you
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own time as a freelancer
• Organised with a disciplined approach to pipeline management
• HubSpot or CRM experience is a bonus
• Must have your own laptop
• Must have the right to work in the UK
