We are working with a fast-growing, dynamic business based near St John's Wood that is looking to hire an Assistant Management Accountant on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing finance team with genuine long-term prospects.

Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will support the production of accurate and timely management information and assist with month-end close.Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with monthly management accounts
• Posting journals, accruals and prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Assisting with audit queries and ad-hoc finance projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Part-qualified CIMA / ACCA or actively studying
• Previous experience in an Assistant Management Accountant or similar role
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience using SAP is desirable
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
