Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Community (Private Clients, London,)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to support private clients within the community across London. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes, with a strong focus on maintaining dignity, independence, and clinical excellence.

This is a flexible, ad hoc position, ideal for nurses looking to work part-time hours around their availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in a community setting
• Support clients with complex clinical needs, including spinal care where required
• Administer medications and monitor patient health conditions
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and clinical governance standards

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration (RGN)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven experience in nursing, ideally within community or spinal care settings
• Good clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
