Marketing Executive

Salary: £25,000–£29,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–4:30, Friday 8:00–4:00 (Hybrid)

Location: Mitcheldean

Reed is exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, sustainability-focused company in the Mitcheldean area. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team. 

This is a standalone role working closely with the Directors, so you’ll need to be proactive, confident, and happy to work independently as well as part of a team. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive social media activity—particularly LinkedIn—and shape the brand’s storytelling

• Create engaging email campaigns and marketing content

• Manage and optimise the company website (e-commerce, SEO, visuals)

• Support online sales activity, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives

• Produce customer training and support materials

• Attend occasional trade events alongside the Senior Leadership Team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum one year’s experience in a similar role 

• Creative, confident, and highly proactive  

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in tech, AI, and modern digital tools

What You’ll Receive

• £25,000–£29,000 salary DOE 

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
