• Basic Salary £25,000
• Car allowance
• Up to £35,000 OTE (Uncapped!)

Key duties:

• Managing enquiries and registering potential tenants
• Carrying out property viewings and offering knowledgeable guidance
• Agreeing tenancy terms between landlords and applicants
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Identifying new business opportunities to help expand the lettings portfolio
• Coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a seamless process
• Staying informed on current lettings legislation and compliance requirements

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Proven experience within residential lettings
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
