Care & Capacity Solicitor or Legal Executive – Private Client Dept – Torquay 

What will you do?

• Manage a care, capacity & court of protection caseload of vulnerable clients 
• Advise clients & their families on mental capacity law, lasting powers of attorney & deputyship applications 
• Represent your clients in Court of Protection proceedings 
• Manage health & welfare, finances & safeguarding

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive 
• Care & capacity experience – including Court of Protection
