A growing business based in Southall is looking for a Finance Analyst to join its Financial Reporting team.

The Role

Open to experienced Finance Analysts / Management Accountants or Graduates with some experience with a related degree

This role will support month-end reporting, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting and process improvement, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and journal postings
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse costs and provide financial commentary
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with audits and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Key Requirements

• Previous experience within a finance or management accountant role
• Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot tables
• Analytical with good attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• ERP systems/Power BI exposure beneficial
• Be able to commute to Southall easily
• Part qualified (desirable) or graduate with similar academic background and some relevant work experience
• FMCG experience advantageous
