Northern Fan Supplies is a family-run business supplying ventilation equipment across the United Kingdom. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for our Manchester branch.

The Role

This is a full-time office-based position and duties will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to customers and trade accounts
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing orders and assisting with product queries
• Completing quotes
• Supporting the growth of our customer base
• Working closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good telephone manner
• Organised and reliable
• Ability to work well within a team
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not essential

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday hrs with one hour for lunch. Fridays hrs
• Office-based role

• Full in house training and support
