As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Compliance & Regulatory Lead to drive our global compliance strategy and help shape the future of ethical, inclusive standards in our industry.

The Role

This is a senior, strategic leadership role at the heart of our business. You’ll own and evolve our global compliance framework—ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements across multiple markets while aligning with our B Corp commitments and ethical standards.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners to support product development, global expansion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Compliance & B Corp Leadership

• Own and develop global compliance strategy across UK, EU, and US markets
• Lead B Corp compliance and recertification processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance ESG impact through compliance
• Embed ethical and regulatory standards into business strategy

Product & Labelling Compliance

• Approve product labels and claims across all markets
• Ensure robust claims substantiation and regulatory alignment
• Champion transparent, consumer-friendly labelling practices

Global Market Expansion

• Lead regulatory approval strategies for new market entry
• Manage external regulatory consultants and submissions
• Build scalable compliance systems to support growth

Certifications & Inclusive Compliance

• Oversee certifications (BRCGS, Vegan, Organic, Halal, Kosher)
• Ensure best-in-class standards for dietary and religious compliance
• Manage audits, recertification, and certification body relationships
• Drive innovation in inclusive product compliance

Compliance Governance & Systems

• Implement documentation, traceability, and audit-ready systems
• Lead internal audits and compliance reviews
• Proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks

About You

• Proven experience in a senior compliance/regulatory role within supplements, food, or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and US regulatory frameworks
• Experience with B Corp certification (highly desirable)
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate regulation into scalable processes
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about sustainability, ethics, and inclusive compliance
