The Role:
Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career? A well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation is looking to expand its Doncaster-based team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancer.
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team where professional development is genuinely encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Dealing with new build and shared ownership transactions where required
  • Reviewing titles, searches, and raising enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering excellent client care


About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
  • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Organised with strong time management skills
