This is a full-time role based in our client’s head office in Hertfordshire.

Ideal Requirements for the Graphic Designer

• Strong capability in Adobe Creative Suite, with the creative confidence to produce high-quality design across multiple formats and channels.
• Experience creating static graphics, marketing collateral and motion/video assets that combine visual impact with clear communication.
• Ability to simplify complex information into engaging, audience-focused design while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working collaboratively, responding positively to feedback and managing projects independently with strong creative judgement and pace.

Role Responsibilities for the Graphic Designer

• Bring ideas to life across digital, print and motion, creating impactful visual content that shapes the brand experience across every channel.
• Own projects from concept to final delivery, turning briefs into polished, production-ready creative with real influence on campaign direction.
• Shape and protect the visual identity of a trusted healthcare brand, ensuring every communication feels clear, consistent and credible.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging design that helps audiences understand and connect with important healthcare messaging.
