What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging warm and qualified leads via outbound calls and consultative sales
  • Presenting compelling investment opportunities with authority and insight
  • Building rapport with high-net-worth individuals and seasoned investors
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from pitch to close
  • Consistently exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
  • Handling objections confidently and professionally
  • Working closely with the sales director to refine pitch strategies and drive team performance

You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ telesales experience in investments, finance, or high-ticket sales
  • A hunter mentality - hungry, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Strong closing ability with a demonstrable sales track record
  • Exceptional phone manner, objection handling, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, resilience, and a performance mindset
  • Experience selling to HNWIs, professionals, or sophisticated investors (preferred)
