Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be working on a 12-month FTC with the opportunity of a permanent role at the end of your contract. You will supporting the finance function with a broad range of accounting and reporting responsibilities. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across month-end, management reporting, and transactional finance, with ownership of specific balance sheet and P&L areas for a small business entity.
Key responsibilities include:
The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), with flexible working hours Monday to Friday and the option for hybrid working once training is complete (2 days WFH). Initially, the role will be site-based.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree in accounting or a related discipline preferred.Above all, this role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team, is eager to learn, and brings a positive attitude to their work.
