We are seeking an Administrator to join a busy and friendly Project Coordinator team. This role is a short-term temporary assignment based in Kings Hill, ideal for someone who excels in administrative support and enjoys a dynamic work environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Coordinator.
  • Make calls to customers and construction sites to work through checklists.
  • Chase updates and ensure all required information is captured accurately.
  • Update live systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as a key point of contact via telephone, handling inquiries and communications effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and update live systems with high accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing support.
