Store Manager

Location: Ashford Designer Outlet

Salary: £32,000 - £35,500 + bonus and benefits (DOE)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team within a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual to take full ownership of store performance, team development, and customer experience.

The Role:

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running
• Drive sales performance and deliver against key KPIs and targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance of store staff
• Oversee stock control, deliveries, and merchandising standards
• Ensure visual presentation and in-store standards are maintained at a high level
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and provide feedback on performance and trends

About You:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within a retail environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to motivate a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
