People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly respected and long-established independent property company who are looking to recruit an experienced Head of New Homes to lead and develop their growing New Homes division across West Sussex, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven property professional with strong experience in New Homes and developer relationships to join a successful and forward-thinking business with an excellent reputation across the South East.

The company has built a strong presence within the property market and offers a full range of professional property services including residential sales, lettings, land and development, planning and surveying.

The Role

As Head of New Homes, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the New Homes department, securing new instructions, managing developer relationships and overseeing the successful marketing and sale of residential developments.

You will work closely with developers, housebuilders, landowners and internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process.

This is a senior leadership role with genuine long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the New Homes team
• Winning and securing new homes instructions
• Building strong relationships with developers and housebuilders
• Advising on pricing, launch strategies and sales performance
• Managing developments from launch through to completion
• Working alongside land and planning teams
• Producing pipeline and sales reports for senior management
• Representing the business at networking events and launches
• Ensuring compliance with industry legislation and standards

Requirements

• Strong background within New Homes sales
• Previous management or leadership experience
• Proven track record of winning business and building developer relationships
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially minded with strong business development ability
• Motivated, ambitious and target driven
• Full UK driving licence
