The site is a fairly small and collaborative environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. The business is entering an exciting phase of development, with ongoing investment across health, safety and environmental standards, offering the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.

The Role:
We are recruiting an HSE Advisor to join a site-based team in Northumberland.  This is a hands-on operational role, supporting day-to-day health, safety and environmental activities and working closely with engineering and site leadership teams. You will play a key role in promoting safe behaviours, supporting compliance and contributing to site improvement initiatives.
The role offers a stable working pattern with early finishes on Fridays and flexibility to support home working, helping to balance travel requirements.
About You:
You will be an experienced HSE professional who enjoys being close to operations and working as part of a small team.

You will have: 

• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or other regulated environments
• A practical, collaborative approach with strong engagement skills
• Confidence working in a hands-on, site-based environment
• A relevant H&S qualification (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent)
