SAP Demand to Supply Lead (Planning)

We are currently partnering with a market-leading client undertaking a major SAP transformation and are seeking an experienced SAP Demand to Supply Lead to join their expanding internal team.

This role will focus on leading end-to-end planning and supply chain processes, driving transformation across forecasting, production planning, and supply optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Demand to Supply / Planning processes across the SAP landscape
* Drive functional design and solution delivery for planning capabilities
* Engage global stakeholders across operations, planning, and IT
* Facilitate workshops and define scalable, efficient planning solutions
* Support transformation initiatives across supply chain functions

Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning and Demand to Supply processes
* Hands-on experience across SAP planning solutions, including a combination of:

• SAP PP / PP-PI
• SAP APO
• SAP IBP
• SAP PPDS

• Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Strong understanding of forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimisation
• Ability to lead functional design and stakeholder engagement
