A leading international investment bank is actively building out its Fund Finance platform and is seeking an experienced Originator to play a key role in developing the franchise across Europe.

This is a high-impact, front-office hire with a clear mandate to originate and execute transactions across a broad spectrum of fund financing and alternative credit solutions.

This role is located in London.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a growing and strategically important business, offering the opportunity to:

1. Play a foundational role in scaling the Fund Finance platform
2. Work directly with senior leadership in a build-out environment
3. Originate across a broad and flexible product set, not siloed to a single vertical
4. Leverage the bank’s broader credit and solutions infrastructure to deliver bespoke financing

Key Responsibilities

Originate and execute transactions across:

1. NAV financing (Credit NAV, ISF NAV)
2. Subscription lines
3. Back leverage solutions
4. Broader alternative asset financing

Develop and manage relationships with:

1. Private equity sponsors (large-cap and mid-market)
2. Asset managers and private credit funds
3. Insurance companies and financial institutions
4. Drive end-to-end deal execution, working closely with structuring, risk, and distribution teams
5. Identify new opportunities and contribute to the strategic expansion of the platform

Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience in fund finance origination (NAV, subscription lines, or adjacent products)
2. Strong sponsor coverage and relationship network
3. Demonstrated ability to originate and execute transactions independently
4. Commercial mindset with the ability to operate in a build-out, entrepreneurial environment
5. Broader exposure to alternative credit / structured finance solutions is advantageous
