We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a rapidly growing and highly successful brokerage in the Norwich area. Offering strong earning potential alongside great lead sources and the opportunity to write high levels of business.

This position would suit a qualified Advisor with the drive and ability to maximise appointments and subsequently write business.

What's on offer:

• £80,000 - £90,000 OTE
• Strong commission structure 
• Leads provided 
• Hybrid working 
• Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday on a rota basis
• Full-time position

Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• CeMAP qualified
• Comfortable working with lead sources
• Ability to write high levels of mortgage business
• Strong communication skills  

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of mortgage applications and providing expert advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers.
• Conducting appointments and guiding clients through the mortgage process.
• Dealing with high levels of referrals
• Achieving monthly mortgage targets and contributing to the company's growth in Norfolk.
• Keeping up-to-date with mortgage regulations, products, and industry changes.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
