Key Highlights:

  • Be the main contact for publishing clients, managing relationships and resolving queries
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth account operations (metadata, sales reporting, stock)
  • Lead client meetings and support strategic growth opportunities
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and digital promotions
  • Play a key role in improving processes and enhancing client services

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in publishing or a related field
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (and tools like Canva)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset
