An exciting interim Events role with a leading private bank for a parental cover. The role is London based, but you'll work on events across EMEA. Travel expected.
Your new role
As the Events Associate, you'll help deliver a range of client events, leading the planning & delivery of your own events & supporting the team on bigger ones. The events will range from roundtables to roadshows & conferences. You'll be involved in the logistics, vendor coordination, & on-site execution.
This is an interim role expected to last for c. 6 months & is based in central London. This role is 5 days in the office & is inside IR35.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a corporate events role
Familiarity with platforms like Cvent & AV equipment
Events experience in a Financial Services business - ideally targeting HNW clients
Fluency in French or German would be great but not essential
Willing to travel & work outside the traditional 9-5 when required for events
