Temporary Telemarketer

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Temporary Telemarketer to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products/services and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties for the Telemarketer will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Introduce and promote company products in a professional manner.
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and answer any questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and surpass daily/weekly call quotas.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen attentively and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Proficient in using computers and telecommunication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours for this role are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
