Description

• Manage and coordinate the directors' diaries, schedules, and appointments to optimise their time effectively.
• Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the directors.
• Arrange travel itineraries, including booking transport, accommodation, and preparing expense reports.
• Maintain and update confidential records and files as required.
• Support the directors with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Provide assistance in managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

Profile

A successful PA to Directors should have:

• Previous experience in a secretarial or business support role, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
